Delete a PERFORM ARC account
You can request deletion in the app or contact support when you cannot access your account.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the PERFORM ARC mobile app.
- Open your profile menu and select Privacy.
- Choose Delete account and linked data.
- Review the warning and confirm the request.
No access to the app
Send the request from the email address registered with PERFORM ARC. Include only the account email and the words “Delete my PERFORM ARC account”. Support may verify account ownership before accepting the request.
What is deleted
- Account identity and profile.
- Training plans, assignments, execution records, readiness entries and coach-athlete links.
- Synchronized Apple Health, Health Connect and supported watch data stored by PERFORM ARC.
- Sessions, device links and associated application records.
Timing and cancellation
An accepted request is scheduled for completion within 30 days. You can cancel it in Privacy before completion or contact support from the registered email address.
Limited retention
PERFORM ARC may retain narrowly required security, fraud-prevention or legal records. Protected backup copies expire through the normal backup lifecycle and are not used to restore a deleted account.
